A local apprentice from Walsall Council has just been named one of the best in the Black Country at this year’s prestigious Apprenticeship Awards.

Abbie Farr-Smith, who works on the council’s finance team, was nominated by Walsall College and awarded with the Apprentice of the Year at the Ladder for the Black Country Apprenticeship Awards for her hard work and dedication, standing out among some of the top apprentices from across the region.
