A major regeneration plan for Sutton Coldfield has been formally backed by the Government, unlocking up to £20 million of investment for the town over the coming years.
The Pride in Place programme will focus on improving the town centre, enhancing green spaces such as Sutton Park, and strengthening local communities.
The plan is expected to support long-term growth, with projects aimed at improving infrastructure, public spaces and community facilities.
Town leaders say the funding represents a significant opportunity to reshape Sutton Coldfield and deliver visible improvements for residents.
