Sutton Coldfield’s Town Ranger service is being expanded as part of a wider effort to improve streets, parks and open spaces.
A new five-year contract, launched in February 2026, will see nearly 50% more tasks carried out across the town, including litter picking, graffiti removal and clearing overgrown areas.
The enhanced service will also cover more than 200 regular jobs and introduce environmentally friendly measures such as electric vehicles and improved biodiversity support.
Residents can also suggest areas that need attention, helping shape how the service responds to local concerns.
